All our wigs are shipped from Spain. Delivery times depend on your location, but normally take 24-72 hours (may take longer during holiday seasons or public holidays). Please note that if you are outside the EU you will have to pay customs fees.
To accept a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receipt of order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns.
All our wigs are 100% natural hair, we recommend washing with cold water and shampoos without salts or parabens. Moisturise and care for as if it were your own hair and leave to air dry.
